Inside Sales Manager

A passionate and self-driven lead generation expert with prior experience in lead generation campaigns. The person will be responsible for lead generation for different geographies and industry verticals for B2B enterprise sales. The role will include executing campaigns, handling initial level prospect meeting, setting up appointments and finding potential clients, leading to building the revenue pipeline

What do we expect from this role?

  • Execute and scale lead generation campaigns for different geographies
  • Actively source new business opportunities
  • Convince prospects, establish a relationship and set up meetings
  • Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment
  • Assist the sales team in managing sales including follow up calls
  • Develop and maintain sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy
  • Source new records for the database as required

Required experience and qualification

  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in lead generation
  • Prior experience in the technology industry
  • High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must. MBA Preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office products
